Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at La Spada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties

Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential attributes for success in this role.
