Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and follow sanitation standards.
- Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment as required.
- Organize and store dishes, silverware, and glassware for easy access during service.
- **Support to the Kitchen and Service Team**:
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stovetops, refrigerators, and prep tables.
- Support the kitchen staff in basic food preparation and restocking ingredients.
- Help chefs with basic tasks such as chopping, cleaning vegetables, and portioning food.
- **Customer Service**:
- Assist servers and front-of-house team in delivering food to customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and respond to guest needs efficiently and courteously.
- Assist in table settings and prepare areas before service begins.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:
- Ensure the availability of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify the management when stocks are low.
- Restock condiments, napkins, and other essential items on the dining tables.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of hygiene.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines while handling food and cleaning equipment.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
