Full job description
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages to guests as per service standards.
Ensure timely service and attend to guest needs during their dining experience.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and kitchen support areas.
Clean and maintain utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
Follow hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
Handle basic guest queries and escalate concerns to the supervisor when required.
Requirements:

Basic communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
Prior experience in hospitality/service is preferred
