We collaborate with schools, NGOs, and CSR partners to set up STEM Labs, AI Labs, and Experiential Learning Centers aligned with NEP 2020 and SDG 4.
We are looking for passionate and dynamic STEM and Robotics Trainers to join our growing academic and training team at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Ed-Tech companies or startups, delivering engaging sessions to school students.
Role Overview
As a STEM and Robotics Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations in Robotics, Coding, and STEM concepts for students and educators. You’ll be a part of LearningBIX’s mission to make learning practical, engaging, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations on Robotics, Coding, and STEM concepts for school students (Grades 1–12).
Deliver curriculum-based sessions using Robotics kits, coding platforms, and DIY activities.
Guide students in project-based learning, innovation challenges, and exhibitions.
Support STEM/AI/Robotics Lab setups in schools and assist teachers with training.
Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and activity manuals.
Ensure student engagement, concept understanding, and practical learning outcomes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during lab activities.
Stay updated on new STEM technologies, tools, and teaching methodologies.
Collaborate with the academic, product, and R&D teams to enhance learning content.
Represent LearningBIX in school events, competitions, and community programs.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)
Experience Required: 1–5 Years (Preferably in Ed-Tech Companies / Startups)

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Education (preferably in ECE, CSE, Robotics, or Mechatronics).
1–5 years of experience in STEM/Robotics/Coding training, preferably with Ed-Tech companies or startups.
Hands-on knowledge of Robotics kits (Arduino, EV3, micro:bit, sensors, motors, etc.).
Familiarity with block-based programming (Scratch, BIXCODE, MakeCode, etc.) or text-based coding (Python, C++).
Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
Ability to handle students of different age groups with enthusiasm and patience.
Creative mindset and passion for experiential and project-based education.
Willingness to travel inter/intra-state for school training and lab support.
