Job Description
The State Head - Legal will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the state, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of state-specific legal frameworks and the ability to manage a team of legal professionals.

• Manage and oversee all legal matters, including litigation, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Manage and mentor a team of legal professionals.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.
• Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
