About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2. Conduct legal research related to corporate, contract, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
3. Oversee compliance activities, company policies, terms & conditions, and internal legal frameworks.
4. Handle legal queries from customers, partners, vendors, and internal departments.
5. Support management in corporate law matters, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
6. Stay updated on relevant industry laws, guidelines, and legal best practices.
7. Maintain accurate legal records and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
