Role Description
This is a full-time on-site State Head role located in Haryana at Aws Connect india. The State Head will oversee and manage the operations and performance of multiple branches within their assigned State, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital banking services to customers.
Designation -State Head ,Cluster Head, District Manager
Salary - 15K to 20K
Roles & Responsibility
1 New CSP Onbording
2 Exiting CSP Visit for Increasing Financial Transaction.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Experience in financial services or banking industry
• Strategic planning and execution abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
