Job Description

Key Functions & Responsibilities:
• Policy & Process Adherence
• Team Productivity
• Geography know how & Inputs for Expansion
• Controlling Attrition
• NPA visits & resolution
Technical / Managerial Competencies Required:
Should have background of Assessing of Mortgage Loan cases & Assessing cases requiring loan & credit underwriting of more than 50 Lakh. Should have experience of doing field visits for judging customers. Should have at least 7-8 direct reportees. Apart from Credit assessment – should be involved in implementing innovative ideas + process changes for better functioning of the department.
Overall Responsibility:
• Credit underwriting, Credit Assessment and Credit Process.
• Manage the entire credit application process, right from log into disbursement.
• Handling various Branches and Team of Branch Credit Managers and Doing Disbursement.
• Credit underwriting of Loan Proposals.
• Preparation of Credit Appraisal Tool (CAT) & Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) of Loan Proposals.
• Calculating eligibility and financial analysis of Loan Proposals.
• Preparing & analyzing various MIS Reports e.g. Daily Login MIS and Legal and Technical TAT Mis at State Level.
• Observation of risk such as Promoter, Business& Market, Financial, Collateral, Banking and Transaction in loan proposals
