THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Regional Marketing Executive, you’ll become more than a salesperson. You’ll become a trusted business advisor.
Working directly with business owners, executives, marketing directors, and community leaders, you’ll uncover opportunities for growth, identify business challenges, and develop customized marketing strategies that help organizations achieve measurable results.
Rather than selling individual advertising products, you’ll recommend complete marketing solutions built specifically for their business by leveraging the full power of the Skytower Media network.

JOB DUTIES
● DEVELOP long-term relationships with business owners, executives, nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, manufacturers, retailers, and community leaders throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
● PROSPECT consistently through networking, referrals, research, community involvement, social outreach, and daily business development.
● CONDUCT in-person discovery meetings to understand business goals, competitive landscapes, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
● BUILD integrated marketing strategies utilizing all services Skytower Media provides.
● PRESENT strategic marketing recommendations using storytelling, audience insights, research, and measurable performance data.
● COLLABORATE with creative, programming, production, and digital teams to execute campaigns that exceed client expectations.
● MONITOR campaign performance, communicate results, and recommend ongoing optimization strategies that maximize client return on investment.
● REPRESENT the Skytower Media and its network of businesses professionally throughout the communities we serve while strengthening our reputation as the region’s trusted marketing partner.

You’ll shadow experienced Marketing Executives, participate in client meetings, develop proposals, and begin mastering our CRM, audience research, digital solutions, broadcast products, and presentation process.
Week Three | Build Your Market
You’ll begin developing your own territory through research, networking, community involvement, prospecting, and scheduling your first discovery meetings while receiving ongoing coaching from leadership.
Week Four | Launch Your Career
You’ll actively begin building your sales pipeline, presenting integrated marketing solutions, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor throughout our region. Together with your manager, you’ll review your progress, celebrate early successes, and build a personalized development plan designed to accelerate your long-term career growth.
