Join our Team
We’re looking for two part-time members with a passion for customer service and a sharp eye for detail to join our online team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love meeting deadlines, and take pride in managing your time well, you’ll fit right in. In this role, you’ll ensure every order is picked with care and accuracy, delivering an outstanding customer experience. Reliability and punctuality are a must. We count on each other to make every day a success!
The Role
Picking, packing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Teamwork, punctuality and reliability
Dealing with customer enquiries, including phone and email
Loading and unloading orders - Heavy lifting
Using a computer and/or tablet
Assisting in other departments when there are no orders
Contribute to continual improvements and initiatives to help the overall quality of the online shopping experience
Shifts & Availability
We have two positions working both Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please only apply if you are committed to working both weekend days. On-site parking is not available, but our store is only a five-minute walk from both the train and bus stations, with ample coupon parking nearby. Applicants must hold New Zealand citizenship, New Zealand Permanent Residency, or a Valid New Zealand Work Permit.
