About You

We’re seeking someone who is:

Passionate about digital communications and content creation.
A strong written communicator with excellent attention to detail.
Creative, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Confident using website, social media platforms and content management systems.
Skilled in creating digital content, including graphics and video.
Data-minded and able to interpret analytics to improve performance.
Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering accessible and engaging communications.
A team player who can build effective working relationships across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Create and publish engaging content for websites, intranet platforms and social media channels.
Support the planning and delivery of digital communication campaigns.
Assist with updating and maintaining website content, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and user-focused.
Produce high-quality digital assets including graphics, videos and other multimedia content.
Monitor social media activity and support audience engagement.
Analyse digital performance using relevant analytics tools and provide reports and insights.
Support internal communications activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure digital communications comply with accessibility, branding and corporate guidelines.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across services to identify and promote positive stories and key messages.
Stay up to date with emerging digital communication trends and best practice
