Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to all assigned patients, including regular vital monitoring, bed making, medication administration, ECG, IV, and blood transfusions, and other personal patient requirements at Fortis Hospital.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, prioritizing care based on patient conditions, and applying principles of safe patient care at Fortis Hospital.
• Maintain patient hygiene and health, following infection control measures to protect against infections at Fortis Hospital.
• Be vigilant and promptly report any changes in patient condition to the doctor at Fortis Hospital.
• Ensure clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, to maintain continuity of care at Fortis Hospital.
• Keep track of medicines and medical consumables in the ward, ensuring availability at Fortis Hospital.
Requirements:
• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university.
• 0-3 years of experience in a hospital ward, preferably with training in patient care at Fortis Hospital.
• Strong knowledge of patient care practices, infection control, and safety protocols at Fortis Hospital.
