Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in both English and Hindi, be comfortable using computers, and be able to handle front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
Schedule and coordinate appointments.
Maintain patient/customer records accurately.
Handle basic administrative and office tasks.
Use MS Excel for maintaining reports and data entry.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Respond to emails and WhatsApp messages professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of computers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and email.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Graduate (Preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills may also apply.
Preferred Candidate
Polite and customer-friendly.
Punctual and responsible.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
