• Maintain patient hygiene and health, ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
• Practice infection control measures diligently to prevent the spread of infections, utilizing universal precautions in all nursing procedures.
• Remain vigilant about patients’ conditions, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to doctors.
• Communicate patient information clearly and concisely, ensuring continuity of care through verbal and written communication.
• Maintain an adequate stock of medicines and medical consumables in the ward, ensuring they are readily available.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, creating a caring and supportive environment.
• Ensure that all nursing protocols and hospital policies are followed to maintain high standards of patient care.
Requirements:
• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university.
