Responsibilities:
• Design compelling product experiences for business users and end customers.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to design customer experiences based on research, customer interviews, user interviews and feedback.
• Build and maintain consistent visual standards across product lines.
• Review features implemented by engineering team and help deliver pixel-perfect experiences.
• Conduct, coordinate usability interviews to gather feedback and insights into customer needs.
• Create user workflow diagrams, wireframes for customer, partner and team demos.
• Collaborate with various team members and stakeholders on requirements definition and feature design and development.
• Build marketing material.
• Take part in agile ceremonies to estimate and execute programming projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Designer/UX Designer with demonstrated experience working with product management teams.
• Communicate designs and specifications to the engineering team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup like environment.
• Experience in scrum and agile methodologies.
