Job Description
Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment - Closure of junior level to senior level positions within the assigned TAT.
2) Responsible for the complete cycle - Joining to Exit.
3) Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning HR-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, confirmation and absenteeism rates.
4) Administer disciplinary procedures
5) Database Management - Employee Files and Records, both hard copy and digitized.
6) Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
7) Actively participate in monthly employee engagement activities.
8) Assisting HR Team in all support functions as per the process requirement.
+) Prepare Weekly & Monthly Reports - Hiring Process & Closures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) HR professional of 3-5 years of experience.
2) Hands on experience in Bulk Recruitment with a record of closing positions within the assigned TAT.
3) Strong knowledge in Job Portals, other sourcing platforms and application tracking system.
4) Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
5) Must be energetic, highly motivated and self-driven, with a positive approach of handling tasks.
6) Strong team player with a passion for recruitment.
7) Proven ability to contribute in a high, consistently and positively paced, changing work environment.
8) Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
