Paytm Services Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring Senior Sales Executives / Field Sales Executives in Rishikesh for merchant onboarding and sales of Paytm QR Code, Soundbox and EDC/POS machines.
This role is ideal for candidates looking for field sales jobs, merchant acquisition jobs, fintech sales jobs, or sales executive jobs in Rishikesh.
Candidates with experience in direct sales, retail sales, telecom sales, fintech sales, or payment solutions will have an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and willingness to work in field sales can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit local markets, shops, restaurants, hotels, and businesses to onboard merchants.
• Sell and install Paytm QR Code, Paytm Soundbox, and EDC/POS Card Swipe Machines.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and merchant references.
• Achieve monthly sales and merchant activation targets.
• Build strong relationships with shop owners and business merchants.
• Provide basic product training and support to merchants.
• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
Eligibility Criteria
• 6 months to 1 year experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / Merchant Acquisition preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Comfortable with field work and market visits.
• Basic knowledge of digital payments, POS machines, QR payments, or fintech products is a plus.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
