Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat.
• Sr. Sales Consultant- The Sr. Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent customer service.
• Daily tasks will include consulting with clients to understand their business needs, providing tailored solutions, and helping them achieve growth objectives.
• Understanding the challenges of clients in the area of Sales Business Growth.
• Designing the Business Growth Strategy.
• Implementation of Business Growth Strategy at client location. Solving the Complex Business Problems.
• Dealing with the client and team of clients to achieve the desired results.
• Driving the project to maintain client satisfaction and achieve success for clients.
• Learn the products and services offered by the clients, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies).
• Helping clients in setting targets for the sales department and collaborating with the marketing.
• Department to prepare common strategies and monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics.
• Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates.
• Analyze market trends.
