We are a provider of services to US based Architecture, Engineering and Construction group of companies, including Russell and Dawson, United-BIM, and AORBIS.
For AORBIS business, we seek an experienced Senior Python & AI/ML Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain our internal web application with a focus on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning technologies.
Job Summary
A highly motivated Senior Python & AI/ML Developer is required to lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for geospatial data analysis and automate PDF and construction design analysis using Machine Learning Models.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python, OpenCV, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Responsibilities
• Design and Deploy AI-driven solutions for geospatial data analysis.
• Lead a team of computer vision engineers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop computer vision algorithms for image segmentation, object detection, tracking, and classification.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into our platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI-related projects.
• Conduct research and prototype new algorithms to improve existing ones.
• Mentor junior developers to ensure they can grow and take ownership of product areas.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in computer vision and leading a team.
• High proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as OpenCV, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Experience with machine learning, especially classification algorithms, and processing multispectral data.
• Cloud-based implementation experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) of computer vision solutions.
• Ability to research and prototype new algorithms.
• Experience in source control/project tracking systems (Github, Jira).
