• Excellent project planning, tracking, and code documentation & QA Skills.
• Good Communication Skills and Ability to think creatively and recognize & encourage creativity in others
• Have a passion for working to develop people to their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for Software Development and well-versed in Popular PHP Frameworks.
• Experience with MVC architecture and various development frameworks/technologies such as: CI, Laravel, Magento, OpenCart, Shopify and related other skills.
• Experience with GitHub, HubSpot and Salesforce is a bonus.
Job Responsibilities :-
• Provide technical leadership and promote best practices.
• Assist in the development of strategic planning for the department.
• Coach team on how to deal with stress & frustrations & is a go to person for related discussions.
• Encourage others to strive for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the environment and structure that nurtures drive and enthusiasm within a team.
• Participate in gathering and preparing performance feedback for team members.
• Proactively seek training and developmental opportunities related to software development and recommends for self and others.
• Work directly with external customers to ensure proper integration with RG Infotech and to identify customer specific requirements
• Coordinate with PM/Sales Head/BDM and management to ensure team is focused on providing the correct customer experience
• Reporting to PM/Management on Daily Basis
