- Manpower budgeting and Recruitment planning
- Responsible for End to End Recruitment
- Work on talent strategy and build talent intelligence
- Work on ways of attracting the best resources for the various positions
- Create Skill Matrix and define job descriptions for the positions
- Manage stakeholders, i.e., heads of the BUs at all the location with respect to their talent acquisition requirements
- Manage a team
- Manage vendor relationships
- Market mapping
- Design and manage various dashboards/HR Metrics to know the cost, quality and retention of new hires
- Create Candidate pipeline of resources for open/future positions
