Job Description: Johnson & Johnson Private Limited is recruiting GS Finance Senior Manager with an opportunity to be part of an exciting, transformational Global Finance Standardization vision as an enterprise-wide priority. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Operational Excellence: Global Process Teams: - Deliver SLAs and base business commitments for J&J India, JJSV India and JNTL India for Management , legal Entity and Statutory reporting. - Stand-up and drive process-based organization, transitions/KC & KT without impacting operations, as & when planned. - Maintain accountability to strong compliance standards - timely remediation, minimize exceptions, encourage self-identification & resolution. Best practice sharing on audit lessons learned. Be a Trusted Partner : Global Process Teams: - Build connections across Global A2R Teams and cross A2R (regular team building, best practice sharing, lessons learned & root cause analysis). - Enhance interaction model & standardize communication cadence with business partners. Continue to look for ways to simplify our business partner interaction. Obtain Voice of the Customer. Critical Programs: Drive end-to-end collaboration to accelerate growth via critical programs such as ERP Transformation Projecand Consumer separation.
