Reporting - Legal Head – India for the Group

Job Description:-

1) Drafting and Replies: Drafting, vetting and negotiating Business agreements – Leave and License Agreement, LOI, Business Contacts, Power of Attorney, any statutory undertakings etc. Drafting and finalize reply to legal notices such as notice from local authority, any third party, 138 notices etc.

2) SRA Assignments Tenants agreements, any statutory reply, undertaking or any legal representation.

3) License Assignments Application of Hospitality Licenses such as health license, fire approval, shop and establishment license, FSSAI License, excise renewal, open shed permission, monsoon shed permission or any other statutory approval or permission.

4) Litigation Management Coordinating with legal firms, advocates or sr. counsel for briefing of matters, arrange any documents / information requirements, Prepare and maintain monthly MIS of litigation matters for PAN India basis. Visits Courts on dates with Advocate onboard. Exposure to City Civil, Small Cause, High Court

5) Acquisition of Properties Residential or Commercial Properties or Purchase of Land Drafting, finalizing and registration of the sale agreement, title legal search

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
