We are Hiring : Sr HR Generalist for Big Jewellery Showroom @Vile Parle-(E)
Post: Sr Hr Generalist
Location: Vile parle
Salary-up to 40k-(Per Month)-(PF/ESIC facilities available)
Weekly Off: Monday
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and maintain accurate data in the system.
• Coordinate with employees to schedule interviews and ensure smooth onboarding process.
• Assist in recruitment activities such as shortlisting candidates and conducting initial screenings.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to company policies. Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
Requirement:
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Candidates with experience in Gems & Jewellery or Diamond industry would be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
