Role Description The Sr. Guest Service Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at Pride ***** Daman. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their stay. Daily tasks include handling reservations, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. The Sr. Guest Service Associate also supports lobby operations, assists with local information and travel arrangements, and maintains accurate records in hotel systems. The role requires a strong focus on service quality, attention to detail, and collaboration with team members to uphold the hotel’s standards.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills to ensure a high-quality, welcoming experience for all visitors.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution effectively.
• Candidates should possess Reservations skills, including handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations in hotel systems.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Prior experience in front office or guest service roles within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts, maintain composure under pressure, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer applications is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage.
