Job Description
We are building an AI-powered compliance platform that helps organizations automate regulatory workflows, streamline documentation, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Our platform leverages artificial intelligence to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and provide actionable insights while ensuring security, transparency, and reliability.
We are looking for an AI Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent systems that solve complex compliance challenges and deliver measurable value to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features that automate compliance and regulatory workflows.
• Develop and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and document intelligence.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs to support AI-driven products.
• Develop intelligent document processing pipelines for policies, contracts, audit reports, regulatory guidance, and compliance evidence.
• Improve prompt engineering, model evaluation, and response quality for high-accuracy outputs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into AI solutions.
• Monitor AI system performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
