Sr Enterprise Technology Trainer
Job Description

Design and produce training materials tailored for real estate agents, including presentations, guides, and short-form videos.
Create interactive content that simplifies complex technology concepts for agent workflows.
Conduct live and virtual sessions for agents, focusing on practical application and benefits.
Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for local brokerage training staff.
Collaborate with regional trainers to ensure consistent rollout and adoption.
Develop and maintain training rollout schedules aligned with product launches and adoption goals.
Track training metrics and review adoption and support data, adjusting learning and coaching strategies to improve engagement and usage.
Promote technology benefits to agents, demonstrating how tools enhance productivity and client experience.
Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for technology adoption within the agent community.
Perform other duties as requested or as needed to fulfill the purpose of the job.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technologies or similar program.
Experience:
5+ years in training, instructional design, or technology enablement roles, preferably in real estate or similar industries
Proven ability to create engaging presentations and video content.
Demonstrated ability to lead effective and highly rated technology training and coaching sessions with real estate professionals.
Familiarity with real estate workflows and platforms
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and project management abilities; detail oriented.
Ability to work collaboratively with local brokerage training teams.
Passion for technology and ability to promote and communicate its benefits to non-technical users.
Skilled at creating clear, engaging content and program materials for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated focus on driving adoption and behavior change.
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Highly collaborative, resourceful, and proactive with a strong commitment to executional excellence.
Wage: $96,000 - $130,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
