Compensation Range: $40-50 Per Hour W2

This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan

Responsibilities
End-to-end email campaign conceptualization and execution
This person will work with the Design Team and the Marketing team to strategize what email content should be sent out, create the content, set up the actual emails to send, and look at the data to determine how successful the emails are
From there make recommendations on how to improve or omit content to reach the goals of the marketing team
Send out the emails to targeted audiences - this person will have a large say in which groups of people will receive what emails - and will set it up in their Email Campaign system
From there this person will look at how successful each email campaign has been and work to improve each step
Strategizing also executing email marketing campaigns
Crafting the emails
Analytics for email marketing campaigns
Concepting strategizing → Audience segmentation → Messaging → technical execution of the emails themselves and deploying them out → Analytics reporting

Day to Day:
