Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES As Product Performance Engineer the responsibility is to support Project and Product engineering,
Manufacturing Shop, Vendors by addressing engineering Issues to ensure continuous
improvement of the product and process.
• Provide engineering dispositions with respect to non-conformances and queries raised through
Quality notifications in SAP by Vendors and Suppliers.
• Involved in Design Engineering of Subsea Oil and Gas equipment- Christmas trees, Electrical
Feedthrough System, Valves and Forged Blocks.
• Dealing with ASME, API 6A, API 17D, NORSOK, and DNV Codes and Standards related to subsea
equipment design and manufacturing.
• Create and review Engineering Change Notice (ECN) to release drawings, part reports,
specifications, calculations, etc. in Teamcenter.
• Ensures that assignments meet standards and performance requirements by coordinating with
Manufacturing Engineers, Core Technology Engineering - Material, Coating, NDE, etc.
• Facilitate RCAs and provide design solutions to correct non-conformances while taking into
account safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Actively manage and provide timely updates to work related engineering schedule, and
engineering updates to the project and engineering management team.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the Engineers and Designers
