Job Description

We are hiring Sr. Chat Support Specialists for a Chat / Back Office process. The role involves assisting international customers (US/AUS) through chat support. Candidates must be flexible with day and rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Job Details

Shifts: Day Shifts or Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat
Resolve issues accurately and professionally
Maintain proper documentation
Meet quality and productivity targets
Eligibility

HSC candidates with 06 months - 1 year customer service/chat experience
Excellent written & Verbal English communication
Willing to work rotational/night shifts
Immediate joiners only
Transportation

Centralized pick-up
Home drop-off provided
