Assist guests with table reservations and seating arrangements.
Ensure efficient service delivery, meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
Demonstrate expertise in menu knowledge and presentation standards.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff, answering phone calls with proper telephone etiquette.
Provide menu information and recommendations, helping guests make informed choices.
Anticipate and respond promptly to unexpected guest needs, showcasing excellent problem-solving skills.
Deliver exceptional service techniques, serving food and beverages with enthusiasm and dedication.
Serve food courses and beverages to guests, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Set tables according to event type and service standards, creating a visually appealing atmosphere.
Accurately record transactions and orders in the Point of Sales system, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
Maintain consistent implementation of hotel brand standards and SOPs, upholding the highest levels of quality and excellence.
