Job Description
Find out the quantities of items from the architect & RCC drawing.
Reconciliation of materials
Coordination with execution team and providing assistance regarding technical queries and execution issues
Recording all execution-related data in properly organized manner like site photographs, challans, JMR, work permissions, labour attendance etc.
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly project progress report generation of allotted projects
Make notes of extra work if any other than work order/ final quote.
Invoice preparation as per site measurements and get it checked and finalized by billing head
Proper record keeping of all project-related and billing documents like site measurement verified proformas & Received copies.
Responding to client’s complaints during execution and coordinating with the concerned team to troubleshoot
Experience: - 07-10 years
