Join Our Growing RCM Team!We are seeking experienced professionals to be part of our dynamic US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. Multiple roles available across:Accounts Receivable (AR) ExecutivePrior Authorization ExecutiveEligibility & Benefits Verification SpecialistAbout the RolesAs part of our RCM team, you will play a vital role in managing billing operations, ensuring timely collections, and supporting patient access to care by streamlining financial processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAR ExecutiveFollow up with insurance payers on unpaid or denied claims via calls.Investigate claim denials, underpayments, and reprocess as necessary.Analyze EOBs and denial codes; ensure accurate documentation.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim issues.Prior Authorization ExecutiveInitiate and follow up on prior authorization requests with payers.Coordinate with clinical teams to obtain necessary approvals.Update EHR and billing systems with authorization status.Eligibility & Benefits Verification SpecialistVerify patient insurance coverage and benefits.Use payer portals and direct calls to confirm eligibility.Document verifications and help resolve discrepancies.Required Skills & Experience2-3 years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM.Strong communication skills with a neutral English accent.Solid understanding of healthcare terminology (CPT, ICD, EOBs).Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.Proficient in payer portals (Availity, Navinet, etc.).Experience using EHR/RCM systems (EPIC, Athena, Kareo, etc.).Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Preferred AttributesDetail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in teams.High degree of professionalism and customer service focus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Why Join Us?Be part of the fast-growing US Healthcare RCM industry.Consistent night shift aligned with US clients.Work with cutting-edge EHR and billing systems.Career growth opportunities and skill enhancement.Supportive and collaborative team culture.Looking for Immediate Joiners.
