Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Attend official meetings and advise concerned stakeholders on various transactions and legal matters.
• Appear and represent the company as advocate before various courts & tribunals.
• Monitor the developments in ongoing cases before various courts.
• Co-ordinate with Panel Advocate and provide support in litigation & dispute resolution matters.
• Co-ordinate with different departments, make sure that organization is in compliance with all the laws to protect against legal risks and violations.
• Stay updated on the most recent developments in the relevant legal areas and give legal training to company’s employees to mitigate the risk.
• Draft and review contracts/agreements, MOU, privacy policies, deed and other legal documents.
• Design/assist in designing the company policies.
• Supervise and guide Associate Legal staff in day-to-day tasks.
Key Skills
• Proven hands-on experience in representing and arguing as advocate before Courts/Tribunal, Lok Adalat etc.
• In-depth knowledge of drafting legal documents including agreements, deeds, MOU and other formal instruments.
• Extensive experience in legal compliance and advisory support across various domains.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), COP (Bar Council License)
• 7 -12 Years
