Company DescriptionJob Title: Content Writer – L2Department: Knowledge Management (KM) Location: Hyderabad – UppalSummary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer (L2) to join our Knowledge Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content based on provided information, ensuring consistency in style and tone, and aligning with brand and client expectations. This role focuses on content creation, quality assurance, and adherence to language standards.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Create clear, concise, and engaging content based on structured inputs and process information.Follow established content style guides and brand guidelines to ensure consistency while maintaining grammatical accuracy.Leverage existing SOPs, articles and workflows to author agent-assist articles.Evaluate existing content to restructure information and create simple step-based and easy to follow content.Participate in team calibration exercises to maintain standardized writing practices.Collaborate with internal teams to refine content tone and style as per client expectations.Monitor content quality and suggest improvements based on performance insights.Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ensure compliance with organizational policies reflected in content (e.g., clean desk, dress code, security).QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any stream (English Literature or Journalism preferred).Language proficiency: C1 mandatory; B2H may be considered.2–4 years of experience in content creation or content management.Strong writing, researching, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with UK/US English and style guides (e.g., AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style).Proficiency in Salesforce, CMS platforms and basic MS Excel usage.
