As a Relationship Manager in Private Banking, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals. Your primary goal will be to understand the financial needs of your clients and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their goals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of financial markets and economic trends. You will be responsible for managing complex client requirements and providing personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Providing customized financial solutions to meet client needs
• Managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices, and to work closely with internal stakeholders such as Branch Banking Team, Operations, Product Team, Treasury, HLIC, Insurance CAM, MF Fund houses personnel, and HSL personnel.
