Job description
Role : Senior Account Executive - Immediate Joiner

Experience: 2 to 4 yrs

Location: Darya Ganj, Delhi

Salary: 25k to 30k

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities
• Handle payment reconciliation and ensure timely tracking of receipts and settlements
• Maintain and reconcile sales and purchase records
• Monitor and manage e-commerce inventory records
• Perform inventory reconciliation on a regular basis
• Verify invoices, purchase entries, and sales transactions
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and stock-related records
• Prepare reports related to reconciliations, payments, and inventory status
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company finance processes

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Finance
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a accountant
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally Prime, Xero , etc
• knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlook-up and pivot tables
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
