Sr. Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and MIS reporting
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Independently handle GST compliance – returns (GSTR 1, 3B, 2B reconciliation), notices, and assessments
Manage TDS/TCS calculations, returns, challans, and reconciliations
Assist in income tax computations, returns, and handling tax audits
Ensure timely compliance with statutory filings under applicable laws
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
Support during statutory, internal, and tax audits
Resolve audit queries and ensure timely closure
Audit & Coordination, Process Improvement & Reporting
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance
Identify gaps in accounting or taxation processes and suggest improvements
Support management with financial data and analysis as required
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime with accuracy and responsibility. (Mandatory)
Handle bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and journal entries with confidence.
Coordinate courier dispatches and Ticket bookings (Flights & Hotels) (simple operational tasks).
Organize records, document, and assist the senior accountant in month-end closing.
Ensure smooth communication with vendors and internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
4–8 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Strong attention to detail and time management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good to Have:
Experience in media, events, or agency billing cycles
Understanding of digital and influencer marketing financials
