Designation: SQL Database Administrator
Job Type: Full Time
Educational Qualification: Graduate with MS SQL Certification
Work Experience: 1 Year in SQL
Salary: up to 21K Gross
Shift Window: 8 am to + pm (8 hours rotating shifts)
Roles & Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration.
Knowledge of Azure with experience in migration SQL Server Oracle databases from ON- Premises to Azure cloud. Reporting to management on the DBA team activities.
Defining, documenting and maintaining DBA team processes.
Responsible for planning upgrades, migration of existing On-Prem DB env to Azure cloud.
Excellent Performance tuning skills, diagnosing system problems.
Resolving complex issues involving: database performance, database capacity, stability, and other key aspects of database technology.
Providing SQL Server database administration, database security and production support.
Monitor system's health and performance.
Researching and recommending solutions that best meet business needs and enterprise operational requirements.
Must have a good knowledge in Database Backup and Recovery.
Knowledge and Experience in High Availability (HA) and Disaster.
Must have good experience on Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.
Backup , configure different types of backups ,restore.
