Badminton Pros has a vacancy for the position of Business Development Operations Manager. The Manager will be responsible for the end – to – end operations and business development associated with the various programs run by the organization. The detailed description of the position is as follows:

Business Development
• Draw up a Business Development strategy along with the CEO
• Come up with a Database of potential Badminton venues in Hyderabad/Tier 1/Tier 2 cities
• Work on a social media plan to attract new Tie Ups
• Send out proposals to interested venue owners
• Scout and finalize potential Tie Ups with TBP

Operations
• Launching and running badminton programs at various venues.
• Organizing events on behalf of the organization.
• Maintaining accounts of programs / venues.
• Managing coaches and handling end – to – end operations associated with the programs at venues.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
• On field Marketing – Marketing of programs in catchment areas surrounding the venue.

Candidate Profile

The candidate shall have the following educational background, experience and skills.

Educational Background
• Minimum of graduation in any field.

Experience
• Minimum of 2 -3 yrs relevant experience in operations business development

Professional Skills
