Equal Therapy
Location: Dandenong and community-based across Melbourne
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract, 6–12 months
Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time considered

About the Role

Equal Therapy is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary allied health team on a fixed-term contract while one of our valued clinicians takes maternity leave.

The successful applicant will take over an established caseload and provide assessment, intervention and ongoing support to clients across clinic, home and community settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking a well-supported role with an existing caseload, strong administrative assistance and genuine autonomy over their clinical practice.

While this position is initially offered as a 6–12 month contract, there may be opportunities for extension or ongoing employment as Equal Therapy continues to grow.

Early career and experienced Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply.
