Specialist People Relations HR Policies

As a Specialist – People & Culture, you will be responsible to provide guidance on all areas of HR policies and processes and be the 'voice of the employee' for all issues and feedback related to employee experience . Ensure alignment and implementation of best in class HR practices in areas of people and culture, engagement initiatives, onboarding, employee relations, rewards, benefits. You will be responsible to conduct employee interactions regularly to monitor the pulse of the organization and arrive at actions plans to enhance employee experience.

What will you do? (Duties and responsibilities)
• Be the employee champion
• Responsible for driving Employee experience across Accelya India
• You will design, build and implement solutions that create a world-class employee experience who will collaborate closely with partners to create Employee Journey Map framework
• Responsible for bringing about a change in Accelya culture by creating a positive impact by re-engineering HR processes to make it more employee friendly and harmonized to the external environment.
• Conducting employee interactions like Exit interviews, meetings with new joiners to get the pulse of the organization , through data analytics and suggest improvement areas/best practices
• Providing Business with regular insights through dashboards / business presentations on people related processes such as Employee transitions, probationary reviews, employee integration, employee check-ins and highlight red areas
• Be the point of contact for all employee relations activities
• Must be a people person’s with strong communication and Interpersonal skills must be well versed in MS Office
• Be the employee champion

What do you need to know? (Knowledge and qualification)
• Must have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in Core HR Processes (Service Management, Service Delivery, Process Management, Compliance Requirements)
• Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentations
• Outstanding customer service skills and proactively problem-solving issues with a “can-do” approach
• Must be able to influence and persuade others, especially in situations that require diplomacy and tact.
• Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands on experience of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with excellent analytical ability
• Knowledge on labor legislation and legal compliance on ad – hoc queries
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
