Hiring & Recruitments for various group companies

Hands on with HR management processes, systems & proceduresEnsure company policies, Employee Engagement initiatives are in line with best industry standards and drive executionReview & plan compensation structure, R&R and other employee benefits plansEnsure employees’ career development paths are aligned to business resultsPrepare HR Budget & monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)Ensure Effective Training Management with external & internal trainersContinuous improvement in Learning and Development areas in different verticals

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
