Specialist, Network engineer

Permanent Full Time We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to support and evolve our IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) platform running on Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA). You will work closely with platform engineers, application teams, and cloud providers to deliver a stable and high-performing environment. Monitor platform health and respond to incidents, ensuring high availability across Dev, UAT, and Production Troubleshoot issues related to containerized workloads, pod failures, and platform performance Administer and support OpenShift clusters on AWS (ROSA), including namespaces, compute resources, and networking Optimize platform performance and resource utilization Platform Engineering & Deployment Support new environment builds, enhancements, and platform scaling initiatives Manage platform configurations such as certificates, secrets, and service endpoints Support data protection for databases and content repositories Manage secrets and sensitive configurations using enterprise tools Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for CP4BA deployments IBM, Red Hat) to resolve technical issues Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) Experience with IBM CP4BA, FileNet, or similar enterprise workflow/content platforms GitLab pipelines) Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
