5. Must be able to collaborate with other departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Connect to TPOs [Training & Placement Officers] of various

colleges & institutions.

2. Brief the TPO about the Soft Skill and Training Courses our

Company Rubicon is providing.

3. Schedule the trainings.

 Basically, you will be acting as an intermediary between the

TPOs of various colleges and the company; thereby;

enhancing the network for the Company.

Scope of Learning:

1. As a fresher, it will provide great exposure in building a network

of TPOs.

2. Ability to communicate and manage various TPOs and Campus

Drives.

3. Opportunity to become a Team Leader going forward with

good performances.

Remuneration:

1. Salary offered will be Rs. 8,500 /- for 2 Months of Contract.

2. Post Confirmation, Salary will be Rs. 12,000 /-.

Job Type:

Work from Home

Working Hours: +.30 am to 6.30 pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
