Job Description
We are looking for Crane Service specialist in our Field service department. In this role you will be responsible for All Special service activities form our service portfolio at customer locations.
Your key responsibilities
• Work assignments are planned by the branch (service planner or maintenance planner) and assigned to the field operative.
• The field Specilaist accepts work packages and enters work against the SR/WP.
• The field Specialist cannot create new service requests (except through “do work”).
• Record faults/exceptions using Risk & Recommendation method,
• Estimate labor hours and parts cost for repairs.
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Review and record next steps.
• Perform Preventive and breakdown services of cranes.
• Modernization activities of cranes.
• Consult with our customers to permit informed buying decisions based on recommendations made.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
Qualifications
What should you bring?
Diploma/B.E. (Electrical)
Number of years of experience: 8-10 years
Competencies and skills we expect for this role:
• CRM Siebel – Field Service portal operating
• Field Service exposure
• Customer focused.
• Crane Technical knowledge.
• Good Knowledge of electricals.
• Hands on work on various types of EOT cranes like troubleshooting, commissioning of cranes, Modification of cranes, Drives commissioning and services.
• Experience in crane industry would be preferred but not mandatory.
