Job Description
Job Title – Specialist - Business Solutions Group
Place of work - Mumbai
Job Purpose:
Implementation of business solutions for the Financial Markets Group (Treasury) and Remittances to bring process improvement to enhance sales and support business teams in the core treasury functions. This would entail improvisations in operational processes, writing BRDs, FSD, Test Scenarios and execution of test scenarios and efficient systems implementations. Ensuring regular and bug free releases of the application with enhancements and process optimization. The job involves continuous improvements on the Treasury front office & customer facing applications and help resolve issues faced by the them. This role would also require coordinating with the Audit team to attend to their queries and to resolve any issue that is being raised
Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility
• End to End Implementation
• Build-up treasury work flows and systems connecting front to back offices for seamless deal execution
• Conceptualization, Building Solutions in constant discussion with vendor, Test Cases documentation and their execution
• Takes complete ownership of end to end delivery and regularly status update to all stake holders
• Testing and signing off the release with the required approvals while maintaining the necessary documents
• Resolving and answering live issues/queries of the front office team
• Understanding and adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
Additional Responsibilities:
• Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop implementation plans for new and existing systems
• Process Reengineering and automation
• Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
• Manage the Product, Processes and Audits
• Tech Budget and Expenses
