Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education

Experience managing diverse caseloads across multiple settings and exceptionalities
Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and current research-based interventions
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
Effective collaboration skills for working with general education staff, support personnel, families, and students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that promote positive relationships
Demonstrated proficiency with IDEA and Alaska special education regulations and compliance standards
Cultural responsiveness and commitment to equity and belonging for all students, including students with disabilities
Valid Alaska Driver's License and Insurance
Extensive experience delivering professional development or coaching related to inclusive practices and behavior intervention support
Advanced teacher coaching experience and/or credentialing

• Recent advanced training and/or current credentials in behavioral support (e.g., Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, Mandt. Pyramid Model).
• Extensive experience delivering professional development or coaching related to inclusive practices and behavior intervention support.
• Advanced teacher coaching experience and/or credentialing.
