Job Summary:
Join our National Branch Network team as a highly skilled and customer-focused Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE). You will be responsible for providing exceptional support across various branch locations, working closely with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive outreach and product proposals to customers
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively address customer needs
• Travel up to 100% within the district to provide support to branches in need
Requirements:
• 6+ months of customer-facing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling complex transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
