ABNAH operates Jolie's, a private members luxury club, and renowned restaurants like Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Nara Thai, and CinCin. The company has also collaborated with celebrated chef Rahul Akerkar to launch the premium casual dining restaurant - Ode.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality in Mumbai. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef in daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen functioning.
Qualifications
• Culinary skills and knowledge of different cooking techniques
• Experience in menu planning and food preparation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
